Reminder of Vietnam Entry Visa

Dear respected delegates of ICBM2019 conference,

The ICBM2019 conference will be taking place in Hanoi next week. We look forward to welcoming your presence at the conference.

This is just a gentle reminder of Vietnam entry visa that you might need to have to enter Vietnam.

Please kindly recheck and make sure if your nationality/passport type will need Vietnam visa or not. Please refer to the information of EXEMPTION OF ENTRY VISA TO VIETNAM at the following link:

If you are not exempted for Vietnam entry visa and unable to arrange a Vietnam entry visa by yourself for entering Vietnam next week, please contact ICBM2019 conference’s organizing committee ASAP no later than 24th Oct for being advised on appropriate solutions on visa-on-arrival.
