About Hanoi

Hanoi is the capital city of Vietnam. The capital city has more than one-thousand-year history. The city was formerly called “Thang Long” which means the “Ascending Dragon”. Hanoi is widely reputable for its special beauty which is the harmonious combination of traditional and modern features.

Overview Halong Bay is one of the most beautiful places on earth and a must-see if visiting Vietnam tours. Situated in the Northwest west of the country in Ninh Binh district it is a 600 square mile paradise. A UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its significant scientific importance and geological beauty, it has, in recent, years become a magnet for people searching for peace, tranquility and something special.

Overview Trang An, honored as “Dry Halong Bay”, is becoming a favorite attraction appealing tourists from all over the world. Recently, Vietnam proposed UNESCO for recognizing Trang An ecological complex in Ninh Binh Province as a world heritage site.

SAPA

The city of Sapa in Northeastern Vietnam is a delightful old frontier town high in the mountainous region of the same name. It has, in recent years, become the center of trekking holidays in the country. Many of Vietnam’s ethnic hill tribes live here including the Hmong, Dao, Giáy, Pho Lu, and Tay. The population of the area is estimated to be around 32,000 of which only 5% are Viet (or Kinh). The area is famous for its terraced hillsides on which the locals cultivate rice. These terraces present a real picture postcard beauty.
